3.Enhance after-sales service, implement "24-hour service", "advanced service", "whole-process service" and "whole-life service" in the whole process of product manufacturing, installation, debugging and repair. We have set up a 24-hour service hotline to accept customers' complaints at any time, and we will implement the maintenance plan to customers within 1 hour after receiving customers' complaints. We will arrive on site in 24 hours within 200 kilometers (highway mileage) of flight path.
4.Conduct training on equipment installation, debugging, use and maintenance for customer in accordance with the contract.
